LRQA has developed EiQ to create predictive models to assess risks of unauthorized subcontracting, human trafficking, labor unrest, and other key risk issues. LRQA has also developed the first KPI-based monthly monitoring program to show the links between business performance issues and social non-compliance. When a supplier needs more guidance our Capacity Building experts design holistic and custom improvement plans to create long-term solutions.

How will you make a difference?

  • Daily checks of new audit requests from various mailboxes, as well as internal and external client systems and timely processing of requests within 24 hours. 

  • Adherence to booking procedures, accurate collection of information, and proper utilization of internal systems. 

  • Review the client operations procedures or the client system guidance document for detailed instructions and cross check to avoid any missing.  

  • Support local or direct to suppliers sales with calls / emails to suppliers based on given list
  • Other office work assignments as needed. 

 

What will you bring?

  • Good command of English and Spanish both oral and written. 

  • Technical proficiency; office software, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. 

 

Education:
