LRQA is seeking a Manager Responsible Sourcing Client Management to lead client relationships and support our clients' social compliance, sustainability, and ESG initiatives. As a key member of a rapidly expanding team, you will play an essential role in shaping and delivering customized sustainability solutions, focusing on responsible sourcing and supply chain management. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of US-based and global clients across multiple industries, ensuring their sustainability programs are on track, impactful, and aligned with their objectives.

You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood, communicated, and met. You will track progress, monitor KPIs, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure successful program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert in company processes and systems. You will maintain a strong technical knowledge of the market you operate in.
• Create and maintain internal documents and instructions following SOP’s and clients’ expectations.
• Provide support to a dedicated portfolio of accounts, Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their social compliance and sustainability needs are met across all stages of engagement.
• Maintain proactive client relationships and serve as point of contact for client inquiries and requests, including those relating to new services, topical expertise, program requirements and service questions.
• Support LRQA operational teams to ensure effective implementation of client programs, including assessment, consulting, training, and capacity building services.
• Monitor daily progress of assessment services for clients, identifying potential risks and proactively addressing any issues with internal teams and clients.
• Deliver client-facing communication, including reports, presentations, and updates, to ensure expectations are managed and met.
• Interacting and working closely with LRQA Global Product Leads on consultative sales.
• Interacting and working closely with global operations teams to support successful delivery that meets client expectations.
• Assist with and lead client development (new sales) opportunities as requested.
• Ability to travel for business development and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience, with at least 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Responsible Sourcing, and/or Sustainability space. 
• Familiarity with responsible sourcing programs and implementation, including a perspective on approaches that can help add additional value through alternative scheme application and recommendations
• Creative and entrepreneurial minded
• Ability to network and undertake business development duties as needed
• Ability to work, learn independently and to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a global and cross-functional team
• Excellent written and verbal English, additional languages a plus
• Ability to effectively manage projects
• Global experience and/or experience working in a global operating environment.
