Food Safety Auditor – Malta

We’re looking for an experienced Food Safety Auditor based in Malta to join our growing Retail & Hospitality team and support the delivery of food safety programmes across the island.

The role will focus particularly on auditing within the hotel, hospitality, restaurant and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sectors, working with a range of recognised international and local businesses.

What we’re looking for:

• Must currently live in Malta
• Proven food safety auditing or assessment experience
• Strong experience within hotels, hospitality, restaurants or QSR
• Good working knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and food safety management systems
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Comfortable working independently and directly with client sites
• Ability to travel across Malta to complete onsite audits
