We are seeking a commercially minded and client‑focused Strategic Program Manager, Worker Survey to lead the delivery and growth of our global worker survey programs—an integral part of our ESG and sustainability solutions. 

 

This role is critical in ensuring client success through effective program management, strategic client engagement, and insight‑driven delivery. You will work closely with multinational clients, including global brands and retailers, to design and implement worker survey strategies that amplify worker voices and inform responsible sourcing and sustainability decisions. 

 

Combining client engagement, project delivery, and data‑driven insight, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with leading global companies, contribute to meaningful ESG impact, and help businesses translate worker feedback into measurable improvements. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

Client Engagement & Business Development 

 

  • Serve as the primary client contact, translating business objectives into tailored worker survey strategies aligned with ESG and responsible sourcing priorities. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multinational clients to ensure satisfaction and long‑term engagement. 
  • Identify and develop new client opportunities, contributing to solution design, proposals, and client presentations. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share product capabilities, success stories, and insights, strengthening the organization’s market presence and reputation. 

 

Project Management and Delivery 

 

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of global worker survey programs, ensuring high quality, timely execution across diverse regions and operational contexts.  
  • Coordinate cross functional teams to deliver actionable insights that meet client expectations.  
  • Analyse and interpret survey data to produce clear, client ready reports and dashboards that communicate worker voice findings effectively.  
  • Continuously refine methodologies and delivery processes to ensure operational excellence and scalability.  
  • Monitor program outcomes to ensure alignment with client objectives and organizational goals. 

 

 

Required Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Data Science or a related discipline.  
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, consulting, client engagement, or data‑driven roles, ideally within ESG, Sustainability, CSR, or professional services environments. 
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships while balancing commercial objectives and delivery excellence.  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client focused and solutions-oriented mindset.  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in data analytics, visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau or similar) and AI systems ; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is an advantage. 
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to continuous improvement.
