About the Role

You will be responsible for leading the Advisory business unit in APAC, with full accountability for delivering approximately £4.5 million in revenue in 2026 and managing a team of over 30 employees and contractors. This includes shaping and executing the commercial strategy, translating budgets into actionable targets for revenue, margin, client segmentation, and services. You will manage key client relationships, working closely with regional business, commercial, and marketing leaders to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

You will also oversee the effective and efficient running of internal operations, ensuring the business is on a solid footing while addressing growth-related challenges in staffing, technology, financial planning, and investment to achieve ambitious targets as part of our Full Potential Plan.

How will you make an impact

  • Shape Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute the Advisory strategy and business plan aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Drive Commercial Success: Deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets; oversee P&L and lead client acquisition and retention.
  • Client Leadership: Build strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional client experience and satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and champion innovation to enhance service delivery and competitiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, talent planning, and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Work closely with regional leadership and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and foster a client-centric culture.

About You

  • Education: Degree-level qualification; MBA preferred.
  • Commercial Expertise: Proven track record in client account management and sales, delivering large multi-country, multi-service programs.
  • Client Focus: Strong ability to build relationships and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated success in developing value propositions for global brands.
  • Experience: Skilled in proposal development, multi-product solutions, and collaborative growth initiatives.
  • Languages: Fluent in English plus one other widely spoken regional language.
  • Mobility: Able to travel frequently across APAC.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce and standard IT tools.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience in one of our core sectors, either in sales or operational roles.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly organized, strong prioritization skills, proactive and collaborative.
