Role:

Nettitude continues to maintain significant growth and are therefore looking to appoint an Account Manager to aid further growth in this region. The purpose of this role is to promote the Nettitude’ s key services to new and existing customers within Southeast Asia, primarily focusing on Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.  Other geographies can be considered; however, this largely depends on what relationships are in place already.

As part of the account management team, you will be responsible for selling key services such as penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, managed services and risk services to some key industry verticals. These include, but are not limited to: Financial Services, FinTech, Healthcare,  Manufacturing, Technology and Marine and Offshore. 

 

What you’ll be doing in your role:

In your role you will focus on:

•  Deliver revenue versus target on a monthly and quarterly basis  

•  Generate new leads from social media i.e. LinkedIn targeting

•  Re-visit old relationships where applicable to promote Nettitude’s services

•  Manage new marketing leads that are generated from Nettitude and close them

•  Upsell with existing clients i.e. take them from being a client who buys one line of business to

    multiple lines of business  

•  Build pipeline consistently

•  Update Nettitude CRM on a regular basis

•  Work closely with other team members

•  Undertake the necessary training required complete the role

•  Attend kick off and de-brief calls with clients

•  Be flexible and supportive of Nettitude global technical team 

 

Key Skills: 

You will need the following

  • Managing opportunities on CRM, such as SalesForce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Delivering presentation to clients using virtual tools and face to face meetings
  • Listening skills
  • Objection handling
  • Time management
  • Prospecting
