Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to be tutor or lead improvement, certification of digital trust related management system against applicable standards (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301 etc.) or regulation (EU AI ACT, CRA, China PIPL etc.), ensuring high quality, timely delivery for clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Delivery – Conduct and lead Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance, and recertification audits against ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 9001,ISO27701,ISO42001 and other management system standards. Produce high‑quality audit reports in a timely manner and follow up on non‑conformities until closure.
  • Training– Deliver customized training sessions, including standard interpretation, internal auditor courses, and system implementation guidance, to help clients better understand and apply the standards.
  • Enhancing Client Value – Identify potential risks during audits; support clients in continuously optimizing their management systems and overall service value.
  • Professional Development – Stay up‑to‑date with the latest regulations, standards, and best practices in AI,data security, privacy protection, information security, IT service, business continuity, and quality management. Participate in internal technical research and knowledge‑sharing activities to maintain professional competence.
  • Communication & Coordination – Maintain effective communication with clients, certification decision‑makers, and technical experts to ensure objective, impartial, and efficient audit processes.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in AI ,data science, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in information security, IT service management, business continuity management, quality system management, or other finance, manufacturing, power etc. industry experience.
  • Professional Certifications: Holds CCAA‑registered auditor qualifications in multiple of the following standards (all four are highly preferred):

 - ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management)

 - ISO/IEC 20000 (IT Service Management)

 - ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management)

 - ISO 9001 (Quality Management)

  • Language: Fluent in written and spoken English – able to read English standards, write audit reports and emails in English with ease; basic spoken English is a plus.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; client‑oriented mindset; willingness to travel frequently.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Plus)
  • Experience or capability to act as a Technical Manager for industry sectors, product schemes, or CNAS compliance, with good knowledge of CNAS accreditation rules, product certification, or sector‑specific requirements (e.g., finance, healthcare, automotive).
  • Experience in integrated multi‑standard audits, IT auditing, or data protection (e.g., GDPR).
  • Background in project management, course development, or system implementation in large enterprises.
