As Talent Acquisition Partner at LRQA you will be responsible for providing guidance as subject matter expert and help to develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders and handle complex recruitment challenges across Greater China  by leveraging  local Talent Insights to help guide our hiring community, as well as support ad-hoc projects  or wider people team Initiatives from time to time.

This role is based from our Shanghai office.

How will you make a difference?

 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored, Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • Lead job scoping conversations to define role requirements and success profiles.
  • Source diverse talent through local channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events.
  • Conduct thoughtful and engaging interviews, assessing both technical fit and cultural alignment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing LRQA’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and inclusive culture.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and respectful experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Use data and talent insights to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.

 Essential

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner across China in a fast-paced, environment
  • Trusted advisor - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting niche / technical skills set.  
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for knowledge sharing.
  • Relentless client focus and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Bi-lingual - both Chinese and English 
  • Solid understanding of how to navigate the China talent market

 

Desirable

  • Experience of various sourcing techniques
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
  • Executive search experience

  1. An initial conversation with a member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team
  2. A case study assessment
  3. A final interview focused on values and behaviours
