Role purpose:

 

A dynamic and instinctive individual who is in Shanghai China, to contribute to a clients’ programs and needs. This individual required to work with brands, vendors, and suppliers globally and drive clients’ social compliance and sustainability initiatives. He/she will work in partnership with the Business unit service manager, assigned client’s team and other LRQA internal units to meet client expectations and execute against our SOW obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

 

As a Program Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth project/program management operations, documentation, and coordination, enabling the team to deliver the required services efficiently. You will be assigned with program tasks to provide quality, comprehensive administrative and operational support for the whole team, and offer solutions to problems with integrity and professionalism. This position will carry out the routine work as assigned, including but not limited to:

  • Support daily operation to work closely and communicate with assigned programs’ stakeholders (supply chain, company internal/external units etc) to ensure service delivery quality and timeline 支持日常运营,与指定项目的利益相关者(供应链、公司内部/外部单位等)密切合作并沟通,以确保服务交付的质量和时间节
  • Assist with program data tracking and consolidation on a regular basis or upon request 定期或按需协助项目数据跟踪和整合
  • Support and assist all types of programs robust activities (assessment coordination, system support, trainings, elearning course assignment, workshop etc) and program stakeholders to deploy actions on client’s platform 支持并协助各类项目的关键活动(评估协调、系统支持、培训、在线课程分配等),并协助项目利益相关者在客户平台上部署行动
  • Support platform and system deployment, answering questions and providing guidance to support user’s activity completion; frequent communication with supplier facilities through phone calls or virtual conferences is required
    支持平台和系统部署,解答问题并提供指导,帮助用户完成活动;需通过电话或虚拟会议与供应商设施频繁沟通
  • Handle first level of support for receiving end coordination with team’s requests for using client’s platform 处理使用客户平台的团队请求的第一层支持协调工作
  • Support communication and coordination with supplier facilities on related tasks支持与供应商设施之间相关任务的沟通与协调
  • Assist in tracking up program activity (such as training) progress 协助跟踪项目活动(如培训)在供应商设施中的进展情况
  • Support program manager to run online workshops for participants’ sharing end learning 支持项目经理开展线上研讨会,促进参与者分享与学习
  • Maintain and organize program documentation (plans,reports,trackers) using internal approved tools 使用内部批准的工具维护和整理项目文档(计划、报告、跟踪表)
  • Track project timelines deliverables end action items; flag risks or delays proactively跟踪项目时间表、交付成果和行动项;主动标记风险或延迟
  • Assist in preparing status reports, presentations and dashboards for stakeholders协助准备状态报告、演示文稿和面向利益相关者的仪表板
  • Coordinate logistics, arrangements, meetings, workshops end team activities 协调后勤安排、会议、研讨会和团队活动
  • Support ad-hoc Program tasks as assigned 支持项目经理分配的其他项目任务

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:

3+ years of data-oriented program management experience, and knowledge in Supply Chain Capacity Building/Ethical Sourcing/ Labor Compliance/ Environmental arena either for a brand/ retailer or service provider will be a plus拥有3年以上以数据为导向的项目管理经验,并具备供应链能力建设/道德采/劳工合规/环境领域的知识者优先(无论是品牌、零售商或服务提供商)

Experience in project management, supplier chain management and e-learning training project is a MUST. 须具备备项目管理、供应链管理以及在线培训项目经验

A Bachelor's degree is required持有任何学科的学位或以上学历

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential须具备优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力

Detail-oriented person with commitment accuracy 注重细节,追求准确性

Pro-active, self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize and execute tasks for multiple stakeholders simultaneously. 积极主动,具备自我驱动能力,能够为多个利益相关方同时组织、优先安排并执行任务

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential 须具备优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力

Good working knowledge of MS Office and faster learner to master an online end-user system(s) 熟练Microsoft Office,并具备快速学习在线终端用户系统的能力
