Responsibilities:
- Review and draft contracts and agreements for the business and operation need
- Conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters
- Identify potential legal risks and develop preventive measures
- Conduct training sessions for staff on legal matters and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Madrin and Chinese
- Legal Major from the reputable law school, passed Bar Examination in China or legal professional qualifications in other jurisdiction which could add values to the operation of APAC regions
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within a MNC
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law & basic knowledge of Compliance subjects
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas
- Quick learner, logical and being a real value added legal
