Role Purpose:

Overall management of the IATF product, including marketing, sales, client operation, service delivery (including training services).

The successful candidate will work with the Service Delivery Manager, Marketing, Sales, client operation and various coordination stakeholders across all related functions and processes to provide technical confidence and competency to achieve growth & quality targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for product profit and margin, and other non-financial performance, e.g. NPS, sales and marketing activities, resource planning and development etc. refer to product KPI for more details.
  • Support marketing and sales activity, including client workshop, client visit, client biding/tendering activities etc.
  • Train/qualify technical/non-technical personnel to meet business development and service delivery requests.
  • Responsible for the safe, effective and efficient delivery services to the agreed commercial, contractual and financial requirements of the contract,  technical and quality specification and costs.
  • Working together with other function managers to ensure client feedback closed timely.
  • Manage the monitoring of product performance, financial tracking, risks and issues plus associated documentation and support compliance with all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Good skill on data analysis, root cause analysis and problem solving capability.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Degree or business qualification, with significant management experience within the technical area of specialism preferably in an international, B to B, professional services environment
  •  Experience in implementing sound people management, leadership and mentoring practices within a field assessment environment
  • Experience in driving major change, risk management initiatives and building technology readiness within a global environment, being able to travel across the region and to meet global requirements
  • Qualified to assess against IATF16949 scheme, and/or a qualified IATF16949 trainer.
  • Substantial experience in third party auditing including system level auditing and process level auditing.
  •  Profound knowledge and understanding of IATF certificate scheme rules
  • Flexible and results-oriented approach to meet varying and competing client and business demands
  • Experienced in developing, delivering and integrating technical strategies, building and sustaining positive commercial and client relationships on a local and global level
  •  Is able to successfully complete complex tasks as requested.
  •  An assertive approach to problem solving with strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide, negotiate, influence and persuade at all levels
  • Competent in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  •  Intrinsic dedication to safe working practices and a leading example of a mature safety culture.
