Key responsibilities
- Prioritise, plan and complete client service delivery tasks in line with global and local business requirements.
- Includes liaising with clients, dealing with queries and proactively resolving service issues within agreed deadlines/targets.
- Build and maintain good client relationships through proactive communication and action to fulfil client expectations.
