Role Purpose

The S&C Analyst supports accounting, reporting, and operational finance activities across the Americas region, ensuring timely month-end close, accurate financial information, compliance with internal controls, and effective support to regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support month-end and year-end close activities for multiple entities across the Americas region.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and reversals.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and open item analysis.
  • Support intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes.
  • Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with local and regional teams to resolve accounting issues and outstanding items.
  • Support audit requests and compliance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Assist in process improvement and standardization initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in accounting, financial reporting, or shared services environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of month-end close and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
