Future Lead Auditor

Role Purpose:

Participate in LRQA’s Global Auditor Academy, a structured development programme designed to support professionals transitioning into an Auditor role. Develop the technical, auditing, and professional skills required to achieve globally recognized auditor qualifications while working alongside industry experts and contributing to assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Global Auditor Academy development programme. • Complete structured training and learning activities designed to support a successful transition into an Auditor role. • Develop auditing, assessment, and assurance knowledge through practical experience. • Participate in real-world projects and assignments. • Work closely with subject matter experts, mentors, and experienced auditors. • Collaborate with internal teams across multiple global regions. • Apply problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in professional environments. • Develop the competencies required to achieve globally recognized auditor qualifications. • Take ownership of personal learning and continuous professional development. • Contribute to assurance activities while building technical and professional expertise.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience within quality assurance or HSE in a production environment is preferred. • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams across global regions. • Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities. • Commitment to continuous development and ownership of personal learning. • Fluent Dutch language skills (minimum B2 level). • Fluency in English. • Interest in developing a professional career in auditing and assurance. • Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge in a professional setting. • Proactive, motivated, and self-driven approach to professional development.
