The role:

We’re looking for a Programme Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of a high-impact digital transformation programme. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for aligning multiple products, teams, and technology initiatives into a clear, sequenced path to business value.

You’ll operate at senior leadership level, ensuring delivery is outcome-driven, dependency-aware, and aligned to business priorities — acting as the single point of accountability for programme success.

This role requires someone who can operate at pace, bring clarity across complexity, and confidently lead through ambiguity, trade-offs, and change.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and orchestrate a complex, multi-stream transformation programme
• Align product, technology, architecture, and business teams towards clear outcomes
• Drive programme sequencing, dependency management, and delivery alignment across multiple workstreams
• Manage programme risks, governance, financial control, and overall delivery confidence
• Lead legacy platform transition and modernisation initiatives
• Provide clear programme visibility, leadership narrative, and decision support to senior stakeholders
• Drive escalation and decision-making where priorities, dependencies, or delivery outcomes are at risk
• Ensure investment, delivery progress, and realised business value remain aligned

What we’re looking for :

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital or technology transformation programmes
• Strong programme leadership presence with the ability to operate confidently at senior stakeholder level
• Strong experience managing complexity, dependencies, sequencing, and delivery across multiple teams or products
• Experience operating within agile, product-led environments with a focus on outcomes over activity
• Strong understanding of architecture, data, and modern technology delivery landscapes
• Strong commercial, financial, and governance awareness
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of ambiguity
