We are looking for a Planning Advisor to join our team supporting Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising activities, working with people, and solving day-to-day challenges in an international environment.

Whether you already have some experience in customer service or are looking to develop your career in operations and planning, we will provide the support and training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate audit schedules and customer activities across the DACH region
  • Support the planning and allocation of assessors and resources
  • Communicate with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Respond to planning-related questions and provide administrative support
  • Maintain accurate information in internal systems and databases
  • Monitor schedules and help ensure service targets are achieved
  • Work closely with different teams and contribute to process improvements
  • Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Initial experience in customer service, administration, coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent German and basic English skills, both written and spoken
