Role

People Advisor role will deliver effective generalist People and case management services with the aim to promote greater overall employee experience in LRQA.

 

Based on a Tier Model within People Services, this role is about complex People Case Management around job evaluation, Change / Re-Design, Absence & Performance Management, Dignity at Work, Disciplinary etc.

 

This role will provide specialised advice to CPO; Global People Partner & People Solutions Team in the most complex of ER cases.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Provide effective People Case management to support colleagues and managers in achieving its goals and increase employee experience. Focus region will be agreed, further activities in other regions are necessary in the event of capacity coverage.
  • Manages compliance & employee relations issues including disputes and other legal employment matters.
  • Handle and support performance management cases to improve consistency and ensure workplace cases are managed to appropriate timescales.
  • Support absence management cases hand in hand with the business to improve consistency and ensure workplace cases are managed to appropriate timescales by considering local requirements and processes.
  • Providing specialized advice to stakeholders through effective case management by using data, insights, and statistics.
  • Provide an added value to the business by picking up assigned cases via our ticket system in the agreed timeline and manage the service to the agreed service catalogue overview
  • Provide operation support on organisational redesign; change; job evaluation.
  • Provide advice & guidance on terms & conditions of employment ensuring compliance and employee relations are maintained and enhanced progressively inclusive handling and management of Trade Unions, where necessary.
  • Mitigate risks including sensitive events through enquiries/inquiries allowing workflow efficiencies and employee experiences.
  • Take appropriate action where necessary in addressing employees’ urgent matters

 

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements

  • Qualified HR Professional with proven knowledge in generalist People (HR) Case Management
  • Experience in conflict resolutions and manage complex cases, especially in the agreed focus area, and preferred other countries.
  • Fluent in English, any other language is more than welcome
  • High relationship management skills with ability to work with stakeholders of all levels inclusive Trade Unions
  • Experience in policy management including researching, analysing, and reviewing policies.
  • Willingness to be flexible regarding different time zones.
  • Outstanding MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment and tact dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
  • Authentic interpersonal, intercultural and networking skills
  • Effective internal stakeholder engagement and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to prioritize projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic, flexible and results orientated approach with a 'can do' attitude.

 

Employment : Full time with 2 days from office required
