Further experience in GMP, ISO 17025  and ISO 9001 is an add-on 

- The incumbent will be assigned to execute Training and advisory services delivery for LRQA Australia - New South Wales
- Course can be defined as off the shelf training courses ( Public and In house ) training, or courses that require special design based on client's needs. 
- Special Advisory projects can be assigned as well - this includes the execution of advisory jobs - different in nature - based on clients' needs and subject to qulaification match. 
- The Incumbent is expected to - as appropriate: 
•    Innovate and create training solutions to develop and deliver programmes of work, courses and events that will fulfil client requirements.
•    Design training programmes and materials for public and in-company courses and other events as required, ensuring that all materials are consistent with BA & IS business assurance philosophy, brand and methodology.
•    Deliver courses and events as scheduled, adjusting and applying training techniques flexibly in response to the needs and learning styles of groups and individual delegates.
•    Identify additional business opportunities, passing leads to appropriate sales colleagues 
•    Within authorised area of specialism, undertake business assurance assessments in accordance with current procedures.
•    Maintain professional competence by keeping  abreast of technical and other developments in own area of expertise, maintaining CPD records, updating BA & IS CV, maintaining professional registrations and producing records of competence as required.
•    Take every opportunity to promote additional or higher value services.
•    Pass client feedback and insights to appropriate internal recipients.
Further Responsibilities: 
•    Developing the customised training courses – when needed.  
•    Ensuring the Quality of service, in terms of : 
•    Quality of delivery of the training courses ( venue, material, and tutors) 
•    Helping in Marketing investigation and Competitors’ Analyses 
•    Support the Improvement Services Business development process 
•    Execute the Improvement Services projects as per the scope and area of expertise 
Basic Qualification: 
•    Degree or equivalent in relevant subject and a nationally recognised qualification in training design, delivery and evaluation
•    Academic Backgorund - Food safety 
•    Proven experince as a Food Safety Auditor 
•    Proven experience as signed off -Authorised Trainer, substantial experience and a demonstrable track record in innovative training design.
•    Expertise in a wide variety of training and learning styles, techniques and methods.
•    Evidence of training competency for both Face and Virtual Training  ( Train the Trainer certificate)  
•    Lead Auditor registration with a recognised body is expected
•    Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels within client organisations. Fully conversant with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel..etc
•    Have a proactive approach towards identifying and developing new business opportunities and relationships to focus on delivering the best client solutions.
•    Prepared to travel and spend time away from home - when needed
