This role is pivotal in shaping LRQA’s next chapter, ensuring operational excellence, driving digital transformation, and delivering a seamless colleague experience across the full employee lifecycle. The role is based in Mumbai operating a hybrid working model.

How will you make a difference
- Lead, coach, and develop the People Administration team delivering end‑to‑end lifecycle support from Day‑1 to offboarding.
- Oversee daily operations to meet SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements across multiple countries.
- Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive employee administration matters.
- Maintain strong governance, risk management, and audit‑ready processes.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and digitalization initiatives across global HR workflows.
- Partner closely with Payroll, People Advisory, Rewards, HRIS, and other internal teams.
- Lead global process standardization while balancing local country requirements.
About You
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading HR operations or shared services teams, ideally across multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with automation, workflow optimisation, and digital HR tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to lead through change and support global process implementations.
