Role
- Championing our back office operational support, you will be what sets Lloyd’s Register apart from the competition.
- Ensuring a positive customer journey for internal and external customers, you’ll thrive in our team centric culture by providing slick operational support.
- You will wow our customers by ensuring any issues are resolved ahead of expectations, swiftly and positively
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain excellent relationships, ensuring contractual requirements and customer expectations are understood.
- Interpret contract terms and raise project invoices accurately and on time, escalating service delivery issues as appropriate to the relevant manager/ team.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in our systems, along with any subsequent changes, aligned to customer expectations.
- Ensure that our systems are updated with the right notes and purchase order information.
- Prepare, check and issue certificates in line with or ahead of agreed business SLAs.
- Check and produce subcontractors’ invoices. Meet performance targets for subcontractor invoice handling according agreed global/local KPI’s.
- Carry out tasks at the request of people managers and actively contribute to team meetings and initiatives.
- Liaise with and provide support to other team members.
- Develop an understanding of Certification products, services, systems and processes.
Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce/ Accounting & Finance
- Good working experience in accounting
- Good command over English
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Ability to understand issues, devise solutions and see them through to resolution.
- Great teamworking skills
