Role Purpose: The role is responsible for defining and refining requirements across systems, processes, and related change activities to support accurate delivery and successful adoption within the People Team and wider organisation. It acts as the key link with IT for the maintenance and continuous improvement of People Systems, supporting change initiatives, day-to-day system maintenance, and updates. This hybrid role requires office attendance three times per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to define and refine requirements that support successful change, including system and process updates, business readiness, and service introduction.
- Maintain and update the People system by supporting regular releases, developing test scripts, and completing testing. Triage, assign, and monitor tickets through governance processes and regular check-ins with IT.
- Collaborate with IT and the People team to deliver practical People system solutions that address business needs. Translate business objectives into technical requirements and ensure systems align with organisational priorities.
- Identify process improvements or policy changes that increase system efficiency and improve the user experience.
- Support certificate maintenance processes, including suspensions, withdrawals, and management of audit reports and certificates in the customer portal.
The People Systems Analyst collaborates with:
- IT to support software implementation projects and integrate new modules or point solutions within the People systems landscape.
- The Global Head of People Enablement, the wider People team, and IT to prioritise People system changes.
- Project teams as a subject matter expert on wider transformation initiatives.
- The People team to help introduce new People services.
- Colleagues to provide training and engagement support, helping stakeholders use the system effectively.
- Support the development of system how-to guides and knowledge management articles.
- Reporting: Provide clear updates on People system change activity, adoption, KPIs, and return on investment.
What You’ll Bring :
- Working knowledge of HR/People technology platforms, with SAP SuccessFactors/Employee Central experience required.
- Promotes collaboration, teamwork, and continuous learning across the organisation.
- Proven track record of delivering HRIS or IT-related projects.
- Able to quickly and accurately learn new tasks and activities.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and diligence in completing tasks.
- Growth mindset, with the ability to navigate complexity, adapt to different contexts, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity, integrity, and respect for diversity.
- Understanding of Agile ways of working, with previous experience in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
- Strong commitment to data confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in project and service management tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL reporting would be advantageous.
