Client Services Coordinator in excellence team who will be the single point of responsibility for APAC job creation and internal coordination.

Role Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate creation of jobs in the system
• Validation of inputs from Sales and Operations
• Correct bucketing, regional alignment, and data completeness
• Proactive follow-ups and SLA tracking
• Providing transparency and explanations for delays, when applicable

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background 
• Good communication skills
• Good command of office software, word, excel, outlook and power point
• Typing speed atleast 30wpm
• Detail-minded, be patient, integrity, diligence and good teamwork spirit
• Critical thinking, analytic and result driven
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Good command of English specially written
• Good command of office software, word, excel, outlook and power point
• Customer care manner
