Job Description/Requirements

 

  • Handle all finance-related queries exclusively, ensuring thorough and timely follow-up.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations to validate queries and identify reasons for invoice issuance delays.
  • Liaise with relevant departments and clients to expedite the resolution process.
  • Maintain close communication with clients to clarify support information and address specific needs promptly.

 

Education:

  • Preferred Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or related course.
