The Role :
Inside Sales at LRQA offers an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow/develop their career in business-to-business sales. You’ll have great training on both our sales approach and our product/service catalogue. You’ll be working with clients who already use our services, developing new business and new services with existing clients as well as following up on marketing leads to attracting new clients to the organization. You’ll be part of our local regional sales teams and work collaboratively with our client operations teams, sales colleagues as well as service delivery operational teams. With ambitious targets, come generous incentive plans.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive successful lead conversions from new marketing qualified leads to sales opportunities.
  • Maximise the sales value of each opportunity through excellent discovery and client;
  • Proactively build an additional pipeline of sales opportunities through outbound calls and prospecting activity.
  • Manage workload and forward planning to ensure sales targets are met through the right mix of outbound calls, lead conversions, pipeline management, quotes sent and contracts won.
  • Achieve the required output and mix of activities to meet the agreed KPI’s set by the Team Manager.

 

 The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field Engineering/Sales and Marketing/Business.
  • 5 years + work experience in commercial environment such as Sales, CRM and preferably in an Inspection or B-to-B environment with an in depth understanding of sales and principles, and proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning business.
  • Significant experience in leading Sales in a virtual/international context.
  • Strategic thinking abilities with analytical skills. Able to articulate and communicate clear strategy, plans and performance reporting.
  • Able to quickly and effectively assimilate market intelligence or detailed and complex information to support business decisions.
