Senior Consultant

Role Purpose:

Lead and deliver high-quality advisory work on business and human rights, responsible business, ESG and sustainability for corporate, investor, public-sector and civil-society clients. Manage client relationships, develop reports, proposals and presentations, coordinate research and junior team members, facilitate interviews and workshops, translate complex international standards and regulatory developments into practical recommendations, and contribute to business development, thought leadership and the continuous improvement of advisory methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver advisory work on business and human rights, responsible business, ESG and sustainability. • Manage workstreams and client relationships. • Develop clear, evidence-based reports, proposals and presentations. • Coordinate research activities and junior team members. • Facilitate interviews and workshops. • Translate complex international standards and regulatory developments into credible and commercially practical recommendations. • Contribute to business development activities. • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives. • Support the continuous improvement of advisory methodologies. • Uphold the firm’s commitment to rigorous, independent and rights-respecting practice.
