This role is operating as a "Self-Employed Contractor " and you will be covering work as a Mystery Shopper in Spain. This is not an employed position and offers work between 1 and 2 days a week, depending on client requirements. 

You will be responsible for delivering non accredited food safety audits for the Retail & Hospitality - Food and Beverage Team in your region of work.

NO qualifications are needed for Mystery Shoper as full training given, you simply need to enjoy testing Frozen Yogurt 

Through providing effective support you will be responsible for: 
Providing your monthly availability for the proposed work.
Plan and manage the work given within the timescales agreed with the client.
To complete audit reports immediately after audit and to submit on the day of the audit.
Ensure any errors on the reports are corrected and updated when requested within 12 hours of the request.
To keep your Line Manager / Lead Auditor appraised of client requests during audits.
Maintain a high level of IT skills in line with equipment and software used in the business and provide your own laptop or tablet for this work.

This is not an employed position but that of "Self-Employed Contractor ". The amount of days needed for this work, is determined by your availability, ideally we are looking for 1-2 days audit capacity per week
