My team at LRQA Edinburgh are looking for experienced trainers to support our client in Spain. This role involves delivering face‑to‑face training in stores, ensuring that operational teams consistently meet global brand standards. Training sessions will blend technical procedures with essential soft skills, helping teams improve customer experience, operational quality, and overall performance.
 
Trainers will conduct quarterly in‑store sessions, tailored to each location’s needs and supported by insights from mystery shopping, audit and other operational reports. These 150‑minute sessions focus on areas such as product preparation, machinery handling, customer service, food safety, compliance, leadership, and conflict resolution. After each visit, trainers will provide immediate in‑store feedback to management and produce structured reports detailing observations, improvements, non‑conformities, and photographic evidence.
 
Trainers will collaborate closely with regional coordination teams across APAC, LATAM, and Europe and will participate in periodic review meetings to analyze training impact and maintain content consistency. All training materials and session plans must align with global standards while remaining adaptable to local cultural and operational realities.
 
Requirements
- Professional Experience
- Background in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry is essential
- Strong knowledge of store operations, food safety, customer service, and operational standards
 
Training Skills & Soft Skills
- Experience delivering both technical and soft‑skill training
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and cultural contexts
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict‑management skills
- Ability to influence, guide, and motivate store teams
