About the Role

We are looking for a Food Safety Auditor to conduct audits and assessments for HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and ISO 9001 across food manufacturing, processing, and retail operations. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, industry experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct food safety audits in line with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 & ISO 9001.
Evaluate food safety and quality management systems.
Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to clients.
Manage audit schedules and travel to client sites.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Biotechnology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in food safety, quality assurance, inspection, or auditing.
Knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and ISO 9001.
Completed training in HACCP (minimum 2‑day); ISO 22000 and/or FSSC 22000 training and Lead Auditor course (ISO 22000 and/or ISO 9001) is an advantage.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Willing to travel.
