Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to drive successful lead conversions, maximizing sales value through excellent discovery and client management, and proactively building a pipeline of sales opportunities. This role requires effective workload management to meet sales targets and adherence to KPI metrics set by the Team Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Build strong relationships by understanding client needs, providing timely responses, and ensuring a positive client experience in every interaction.
  • Actively generate and convert leads, follow up on opportunities, and achieve monthly sales targets to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, manage CRM records diligently, and prioritize high-impact opportunities to maximize profit and efficiency.
  • Take ownership of results, meet KPIs for quotes, tasks, and conversions, and continuously seek ways to improve performance.
  • Use CRM and digital tools effectively to manage pipelines, track progress, and deliver data-driven insights for decision-making.

 

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements

Essential | Required for role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (preferably in B2B or technical services).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills (verbal and written, English and Vietnamese).
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Desirable | Beneficial for role

  • Additional training or certification in sales or customer relationship management.
  • Experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry.
  • Exposure to international clients or regional sales support.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools and data-driven selling approaches.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
