LRQA R&H, the leading global assurance partner in food safety and brand protection, is rapidly expanding globally. As a result, we are seeking Retail and Hospitality Lead Auditors in based in Thailand to support all clients Southeast Asia.
LRQA are trusted safety experts supporting clients in the food service and hospitality industry. We provide customized, comprehensive on-site evaluations and training to help clients maintain the highest standards in food safety, cleanliness, guest experience, and brand protection. These programs help our clients meet their expected quality standards through on-site evaluations and tailored training programs.
What You Will Do
- Lead the audit team with account management teams to resolve all client challenges in Southeast Asia
- Conduct food safety, brand standards, and workplace health & safety evaluations at client sites
- Consult, coach, and train clients on the latest food safety, health, and hygiene practices
- Perform a budgeted number of audits monthly to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Access and apply industry-leading food safety practices and current health inspection insights
- Provide accurate reports and ensure effective communication with clients
Minimum Qualifications
- Food Safety qualification: HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, or NEHA (RS, REHS, or CP-FS) credentials
- Experience in the food service or hygiene industry
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs
- A valid driver’s license
- No immigration sponsorship available
Skills and Knowledge
- Preferred certifications: HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, or NEHA (RS, REHS, or CP-FS) credentials
- Experience in retail food safety and brand standards reviews (>5 years)
- Teaching or coaching experience in a food-related field
- Strong relationship management and consulting skills
- Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
