Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with facility, vendor and client for processing service requests, service schedules and service invoices based on client operating procedure (COP) 
  • Be responsive to facility and client inquiries regarding schedules and related issues 
  • Input and update service-related data in real-time in internal and client data management systems 
  • Ensure profitability of region by meeting key performance indicators related to auditors/consultants’ usage rates, expenses, and local sales, among others 
  • Timely delivery of services by processing requests quickly and scheduling within client due dates 
  • Support auditors/consultants on schedules, logistics as needed 
  • Escalate scheduling related issues to client, such as denied access etc. 
  • Other office work assignments as needed. 

 

 The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Relevant educational background (Languages, Administration or technical etc.)  
  • Good communication skills 
  • Detail-minded, be patient, integrity, diligence and goodteamworkspirit 
  • Critical thinking, analytic and result driven 
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information 
  • Good command of English both oral and written. Italian, German or French language knowledge is a plus. 
  • Good command of office software, word, excel, outlook and power point 
  • 2+ years of professional experience in related role is preferred
