Role Overview

  • We are seeking a qualified Social Auditor (APSCA) to join our growing team in Germany.
  • In this role, you will conduct social compliance audits across a variety of sectors, ensuring adherence to LRQA standards and client-specific requirements.
  • You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services, supporting ethical supply chains, and contributing to sustainable business practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct social compliance audits in line with LRQA methodologies and client standards.
  • Perform worker interviews, management discussions, and site observations.
  • Carry out document reviews, including contracts, policies, and HR records.
  • Execute wage and working hours testing to assess compliance.
  • Produce accurate, high-quality audit reports within agreed timelines.
  • Manage audits independently while collaborating with international teams.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold LRQA’s professional standards

 

Requirements

  • APSCA (CSCA or ASCA) qualification preferred although not essential (although you must have taken 1 or 2 of the 3 APSCA exams as we can support with remaining qualifications/exams).
  • Fluent German (essential) and strong command of English.
  • Proven experience in social auditing or related compliance roles.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
  • Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria and Switzerland when required.
