Role purpose:

The main purpose of this role is a fee earning role, enhanced by the delivery of the training courses, executing improvement services projects, designing and reviewing training materials, and managing junior and subcontracted tutors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and create training solutions to develop and deliver programmes of work, courses and events that will fulfil client requirements.
• Design training programmes and materials for public and in-company courses and other events as required, ensuring that all materials are consistent with BA & IS business assurance philosophy, brand and methodology.
• Deliver courses and events as scheduled, adjusting and applying training techniques flexibly in response to the needs and learnings tyles of groups and individual delegates.
• Identify additional business opportunities, passing leads to appropriate sales colleagues.
• Develop and deliver internal training for BA& IS employees as requested.
• Within authorised area of specialism, undertake business assurance assessments in accordance with current procedures.
• Collate and submit accurate management information for corporate and/or other reports within deadlines.
• Have sufficient broad knowledge of BA& IS products and services to able to discuss additional services with clients.
• Maintain professional competence by keeping abreast of technical and other developments in own area of expertise, maintaining CPD records ,updating BA & IS CV, maintaining professional registrations and producing records of competence as required.
• Take every opportunity to promote additional or higher value services.
• Pass client feedback and insights to appropriate internal recipients.

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:

• Qualified trainer with proven competency in delivering training courses
• Qualified Lead auditor – with proven competency and IRCA registration
• Qualified VILT – with ability to deliver virtual training
• Managerial, resource control, budget control, customer focus and team leadership capabilities
