Role Purpose:
The People Administrator provide administrative support against defined procedures from the People Administration and Benefits Team to the business across various locations.
- Deliver against a wide range of complex admin activities and resolve queries on the
- Admin Team and Benefits Team
- Support and participate in project work and initiatives as required
- Meet all required SLAs
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all documents related to employment changes in accordance with guidelines and procedures
- Prepare the Insurance/Benefits’ Enrolment, Termination and Changes
- Process all leavers/resignations and retirements
- Provide employer references as appropriate in accordance with guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure accurate people records are maintained and compliant with Data Protection legislation and Company Policies
- Ensure paperwork/letters are recorded and stored as appropriate using the electronic filing
- Take responsibilities for projects or areas of work as requested by the People Admin & Benefits Lead
- Work to key performance indicators ensuring contribution to people administration team SLAs
- Constantly monitor and make recommendations for improvement in admin delivery
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with HR community and business managers
What You’ll Bring:
- Qualified HR Professional with experience in shared service.
- Solution focused with ability in identifying and understanding employment administrative matters.
- Good communication skills and able to communicate wider people community.
- Organised with ability to plan workloads, motivated by deadlines and KPIs to deliver.
- Experience in HR systems, data & information control, and governance.
