The Role:
The Digital Publishing Executive supports the efficient delivery of digital marketing activities by publishing and maintaining content across LRQA's digital platforms – namely website and email marketing. Working as part of the Global Shared Services team, the role delivers high-quality digital production activities, including webpage creation, content localisation, email production and campaign asset deployment, ensuring work is delivered quickly, consistently and in line with agreed standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, update and maintain webpages, campaign landing pages, forms and digital assets using approved templates and publishing standards.
- Support the localization of digital content across regional websites, ensuring accurate implementation of translated content, regional adaptations, metadata, tracking and SEO requirements provided by regional teams.
- Build, test, deploy and localize marketing emails, autoresponders and nurture journeys within the marketing automation platform, following approved campaign briefs and templates.
- Maintain digital content across webpages, emails, forms and digital assets, ensuring content remains accurate, up to date and aligned with governance, accessibility and brand standards.
- Support technical SEO implementation by resolving publishing-related issues, including broken links, redirects, metadata updates and 404 errors, following guidance from the relevant teams.
- Publish on-demand webinar recordings to YouTube and other agreed digital channels.
- Optimise video metadata, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails and playlists, to maximise discoverability and support SEO best practice.
- Work closely with Website, CRM and Regional Marketing teams to manage publishing requests, prioritise workloads and deliver agreed service levels.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline publishing workflows, improve efficiency and leverage AI tools for repetitive production tasks.
- Deliver publishing requests in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring work is prioritised appropriately and completed within agreed timelines.
What You’ll Bring :
- 2+ years' experience in digital publishing using established templates and publishing processes.
- Experience using enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), such as Optimizely, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager or similar.
- Understanding of website metadata, basic SEO principles and digital accessibility requirements.
- Experience working with marketing automation (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CIJ, HubSpot, Marketo or similar) to create and deploy templatised email campaigns would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately and consistently.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and meet agreed service levels.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools to improve content production and operational efficiency would be advantageous.
- Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
