The Role:
As a Digital Marketing Executive within our Global Shared Services team, you will support the delivery and execution of digital marketing activities across global campaigns and channels. Working closely with Digital, Regional and Business Marketing teams, you will manage audience targeting, campaign operations, performance reporting and marketing administration. Your contribution will help ensure marketing campaigns are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with governance standards, enabling teams to focus on strategy, optimisation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will contribute to the successful delivery of global digital marketing campaigns by:
- Building and maintaining audience segments and customer lists for campaign targeting across digital marketing platforms.
- Uploading and managing first-party audiences across platforms such as LinkedIn Matched Audiences, Google Customer Match and other audience activation tools.
- Maintaining suppression and exclusion lists to support campaign governance and targeting accuracy.
- Configuring campaign tracking, including UTM creation, naming conventions and tracking parameters.
- Supporting the build, deployment and optimisation of YouTube advertising campaigns based on approved campaign briefs.
- Producing marketing performance reports, dashboards and visualisations that help stakeholders understand campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Configuring video chapters, end screens, cards and calls-to-action to enhance audience engagement.
- Raising purchase orders and supporting supplier onboarding in line with procurement processes.
- Processing goods receipting activities and coordinating invoice approvals to ensure timely supplier payments.
- Maintaining marketing budget trackers and supporting campaign spend reconciliation.
- Managing campaign documentation, governance records and operational checklists to ensure quality, consistency and continuous improvement across global marketing activities.
What You’ll Bring :
We're looking for a motivated digital marketing professional who combines strong operational discipline with a passion for data, technology and continuous improvement.
- 2+ years' experience in digital marketing operations, campaign execution or marketing administration within a B2B or global organisation.
- Experience using digital advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, YouTube or similar.
- Experience with audience segmentation, customer list management and campaign tracking across digital marketing platforms.
- Understanding of campaign governance, tracking standards, UTM parameters and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to analyse performance data, create meaningful visualisations and communicate actionable insights using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio or similar.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and digital content optimisation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple activities accurately and consistently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet service-level expectations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a global and matrixed environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable:
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools or automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Exposure to marketing technology platforms, CRM systems and customer data management practices.
