About the Role: Regional Analyst, Program Management
This role supports a key LRQA client by driving social compliance and sustainability initiatives across global supply chains. You will collaborate with the Program Lead, Data Analyst, and LRQA teams to meet client expectations and deliver against our Statement of Work (SOW). Acting as a liaison between the client, vendors, and factories, you will ensure smooth program execution and represent the client externally and internally.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management & Communication
- Serve as the regional expert on client assessment requirements and manage the risk monitoring program.
- Provide clear guidance to suppliers, respond to inquiries, and maintain updated systems and documentation.
- Plan and monitor assessment execution, ensuring timely audits and interventions, and escalate issues as needed.
- Review audit reports for quality and critical issues; track and support corrective action plans (CAPs).
Data & Process Support
- Manage Sedex profiles and data uploads using client templates.
- Deploy e-learning and refer suppliers to relevant training sessions.
- Maintain internal SOPs and guidance to meet client expectations and SOW obligations.
Reporting & Performance Measurement
- Keep systems and trackers accurate and up to date for client access.
- Partner with Data Analyst to report KPIs, including turnaround times, quality logs, and issue alerts.
- Provide monthly updates and quarterly trend reports to client regional offices.
Collaboration & Travel
- Liaise with client teams and LRQA global staff to ensure program success.
- Travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
What You’ll Bring
- Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in ethical sourcing, labor compliance, or environmental programs (brand, retailer, or service provider).
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and create clear visuals.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proactive, flexible, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Personal Attributes: Integrity, adaptability, and passion for social responsibility and sustainability.
