Job Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving business growth by managing leads, building strong client relationships, and offering tailored solutions. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a commitment to achieving targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Handle incoming leads efficiently, qualify opportunities, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through phone calls, emails, and physical/virtual meetings.
  • Sales Execution: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Upsell and cross-sell products and services, ensuring alignment with client needs. Close sales opportunities and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Market Research: Understand market trends, client industries, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, cross divisions and operations teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, forecasts, and achievements.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an inside sales or similar role for minimum 2 years, preferably in TIC, consultant e.g., B2B services. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of TIC industry, e.g., sustainability, cybersecurity, compliance audits, ISO audits
  • Experience with cross-selling and upselling strategies.
