About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead and accelerate the growth of our Business Assurance portfolio across Vietnam. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, expanding strategic and enterprise accounts, and delivering revenue targets across system certification, auditing, sustainability, and compliance solutions.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth: Deliver and exceed annual revenue, profitability, and growth targets across the Business Assurance and Certification portfolio.
New Business Acquisition: Identify, approach, and convert target companies, enterprise clients, and key accounts in Vietnam.
Portfolio Focus: Sell and position solutions across key domains:
  • Quality Management (ISO 9001, etc.)
  • Health & Safety (ISO 45001)
  • Sustainability and ESG / Carbon services
  • Digital Trust and Information Security (ISO 27001)
  • Business Continuity and Resilience (ISO 22301)
  • Supplier Assurance and Supply Chain solutions
Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire pipeline from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, C-suite negotiation, and closing.
Account Management & Retention: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, managing client retention and recertification processes.
Partner Ecosystem: Build and manage a local network of channel partners, consultants, and industry introducers.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, regulatory shifts in Vietnam, and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical auditing teams, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
Reporting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue cleanly, and report metrics through CRM tools.
 
 
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Proven track record in the Assurance, Certification, Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC), Consulting, or Compliance industries.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO management systems, compliance frameworks, or ESG standards is a distinct advantage.
Skills:
  • Strong consultative selling, stakeholder engagement, and C-level negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Vietnamese corporate landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) for cross-border and multinational stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Dynamic 360 prefered) and pipeline forecasting.
