This role is primarily responsible for ensuring Retail & Hospitality Division delivers retail unaccredited audits to ‘own brand’ standards across Poland with a specific emphasis on auditing within the retail sector.  

 

High quality audits will be delivered that meet the needs of the customer’s specific requirements in an efficient and professional manner. 

 

Through providing effective lead auditorship you will be responsible for: 

 

  • The deployment of assessor resources in line with the onboarding and contract requirements of existing and new retail customers secured by the Commercial Team and as instructed by the Global Head of R&H. 

  • Ensuring the professional, effective and efficient delivery of retail assessment services in line with contract requirements, targets and schedules agreed with the Business Support Specialists and Global Head R&H.  

  • Safeguarding the work-related wellbeing of the retail audit team. 

  • Liaising with Business Support Specialists to maximise the utilisation of your role and the retail delivery team. 

  • Delivery of calibration reviews, shadow and witness audits with the assessors in line with client contractual agreements per year as planned with the Global Head of R&H. This should be 4 times in a year, twice per round.  

  • Deliver all audits per month as agreed per month and ensure all audits are delivered as required for each round deadline and for the audit cadence to match the financial requirements of the business. 

  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting for the client including calibration of the assessors and trending of the non-conformances. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • To be an ambassador of the LRQA brand and uphold the standards and values of the organisation and those of the client. 

  • Plan and conduct professional audits in accordance with LRQA procedures and standards to enable delivery of assessment and services that meet the client requirements and report findings verbally and through documentation to the client as required. 

  • Prepare detailed reports on evaluations in an accurate and concise manner to ensure that both internal and external KPI’s are adhered to while maintaining a high level of customer service. 

  • Be required to handle general auditor queries in relation to the client minimum standard, feeding into COE Team as appropriate to ensure clarification methods are in place. 

  • In conjunction with the Administration Team, you will need to aid in the maintenance of comprehensive customer files including all necessary documentation. This includes ensuring all auditor notes are updated as required to ensure any inconsistencies are eliminated. This will include weekly technical checks and verification targeted at 20% per week of audits completed. 

  • Preparation and delivery of regular team updates to the retail audit team you are responsible for, giving insight and vision and ensuring consistency of audit approach and alignment across the team. A process of delivery of updates must be developed for this process for traceability. 

  • Adopt the principles of right first time with all team members ad ensure the auditor update and correct if needed as part of the evaluation process 

  • To be responsible for employing relevant risk assessment standards when planning and conducting audits following the CWT Travel Risk Register, if required for the work  

  • To provide training and coaching where appropriate and as requested by the Client

  • Be responsive to Client needs and follow through on all aspects of request, both written and verbal. Meet the required response timelines as agreed with the R&H Team 

  • Maintain skills and knowledge relevant to the disciplines being evaluated. Suitable training courses and learning opportunities will be identified through the Be your Best and actioned through Success Factors and externally if necessary. 

  • To be prepared to travel extensively from time to time to conduct shadow and witnessed evaluations covering areas of the client operation where you are responsible for delivery.  

  • To undertake any other reasonable duties that may be required by the business in line with experience and knowledge and complete the yearly utilization 

  • Ensure all training is completed on the training system for the mandatory team training.
