Accreditation Manager – ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council)
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland (Hybrid)

LRQA is seeking an experienced Accreditation Manager to join our growing Seafood team in Edinburgh. This is a key role responsible for maintaining and developing our ASC accreditation programme, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements, supporting technical governance, and driving continual improvement across global seafood certification activities.

You will act as the focal point for ASC accreditation matters, working closely with operational, technical, and assurance teams to ensure audits are delivered to the highest standards and in line with accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ASC accreditation requirements and approvals.
• Liaise with accreditation bodies and scheme owners.
• Support auditor competence, witness audits, and technical reviews.
• Lead accreditation assessments and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to operational and auditor teams.
• Monitor scheme updates and implement programme changes.
• Support business growth by ensuring robust and compliant delivery.

About You

• Experience within aquaculture, seafood certification, or assurance programmes.
• Strong knowledge of ASC standards and accreditation processes.
• Experience working with certification bodies, accreditation bodies, or technical assurance functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
