Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Campaign Operations & Execution: Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities (industry summits, webinars, white paper launches, etc.), manage the full event lifecycle (budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, performance tracking) to enhance brand exposure and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Marketing Automation Management: Oversee daily operations of marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFDC, D365, or comparable local software), including lead nurturing, email marketing, customer journey design, and data tracking to enable lead scoring and efficient lead handover.
- Market Analysis & Insights: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Baidu Statistics) to conduct industry trend analysis, competitor intelligence, and customer profiling; generate strategic marketing recommendations, identify high-value market segments and growth opportunities.
- AI-Powered Content Creation: Proficiently use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway) to efficiently produce marketing copy, video scripts, social media content, and visual assets; lead video production (shooting/editing/post-production) to create professional and impactful brand content.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, technology teams, and external media/associations to align marketing activities with sales objectives, and promote the effective reuse of content assets across the sales team.
Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of B2B marketing/digital marketing experience, with a mandatory background in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) or professional services industry. Proven success in content marketing or marketing automation projects is a plus.
- AI & Content Skills: Proficiency in content generation tools (text/image/video); ability to plan and produce videos, independently create high-quality copy and creative assets.
- Marketing Analysis & Operations: Strong Excel skills and proficiency in at least one data analytics tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with the logic and configuration of marketing automation platforms; hands-on experience with HubSpot or Marketo.
- Event Management: Proven experience in end-to-end event planning and execution; skilled in budget and ROI analysis; able to drive lead conversion from online and offline events.
- Soft Skills: Results-oriented, strong innovative thinking, excellent cross-team communication and project management skills, able to adapt to a fast-changing market environment.
- Language: Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the supply chain sector, and knowledge of supply chain auditing, responsible sourcing, or similar business models; alternatively, marketing experience in relevant consulting industries.
- Ability to design and implement marketing strategies (e.g., content marketing, case study packaging, industry events) specifically for supply chain auditing and responsible sourcing services from a marketer’s perspective, effectively reaching target customer segments.
