Job Overview
This dual-role position serves as both department leader and regional transformation manager. You will fully oversee daily operations of the Industrial Service Support team of 10+ members, covering resource scheduling, invoicing & collection, vendor onboarding and operational optimization to ensure stable and efficient business delivery. Meanwhile, as the Greater China Transformation Manager, you will lead end-to-end initiatives for regional IT infrastructure development, digital transformation and AI implementation, driving process digitalization and intelligent upgrade to underpin regional business growth and operational maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall Management of Service Delivery Support Department
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of around 15 staff including workforce allocation, performance appraisal, talent development, motivation and team culture building to deliver consistent high performance.
- End-to-End Operational Governance
- Resource & job scheduling: Coordinate resources, field inspectors and engineering manpower to optimize order turnaround and resource utilization;
- Invoicing & cash collection: Collaborate with Sales, Clients and Finance teams to guarantee accurate invoicing, timely payment recovery and full risk control over accounts receivable;
- Vendor lifecycle management: Take charge of third-party vendor qualification, master data maintenance and settlement coordination to secure compliant and stable supply chain collaboration;
- Continuous operational improvement: Map end-to-end workflows, identify bottlenecks, drive cost reduction and efficiency gains, and elevate internal collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Stakeholder Alignment: Liaise closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement and Project Delivery teams to break down silos and resolve operational pain points across the full business value chain.
- Greater China Digital Transformation (Transformation Manager)
- IT System Development & Implementation: Lead planning, vendor selection, deployment and go-live of core business IT systems for Greater China testing & inspection business (including order management platform, LIMS, client self-service portal etc.). Align with Global IT and external tech vendors to control project scope, timeline, budget and delivery quality.
- Digitalization & Data Infrastructure Upgrade: Drive digital reconstruction of manual workflows, eliminate data silos, and build data visualization dashboards to standardize online processes and data-driven management.
- AI Scenario Implementation: Research, pilot and roll out AI use cases tailored to inspection scenarios, such as intelligent job scheduling, automated report generation, data recognition, quality prediction and AI customer assistants, to boost automation and operational intelligence.
- End-to-End Project Governance: Own full project lifecycle: roadmap formulation, risk mitigation, business requirement gathering, user training, UAT, launch and post-go-live iteration.
- Global Digital Strategy Localization: Translate corporate global digital transformation strategy into actionable Greater China roadmaps, deliver transformation proposals and conduct post-implementation ROI & performance evaluation.
- Compliance & Risk Control
- Ensure all daily operations and transformation projects comply with corporate internal control, financial compliance, data security and industry regulatory requirements, maintaining stable and secure business and system operations.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Inspection & Testing related disciplines preferred.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience, with at least 10 years formal team management experience leading teams of 15+ people. Candidates with background in third-party inspection, certification or industrial technical service industry are highly preferred.
- Core Competency 1: Operational Management
- Sound end-to-end knowledge of order scheduling, resource allocation, invoicing & receivables management, vendor governance and operational process optimization;
- Strong data sensitivity, problem-solving skills and delivery-oriented mindset.
- Core Competency 2: Digital Transformation & IT Project Delivery
- Proven track record independently leading IT system rollouts, digital transformation or AI application projects as project lead or core stakeholder;
- Familiar with enterprise information systems including ERP, CRM, LIMS and operational platforms;
- Solid experience in business requirement analysis, cross-departmental project advocacy and full-cycle implementation delivery.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken English for daily business communication with global headquarters, overseas teams and external vendors.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, cross-functional influence, project management capability and stress tolerance; capable of balancing daily team management and long-term strategic transformation projects simultaneously.
