Role Purpose
Ensure the quality and accuracy of responsible sourcing assessment reports to comply with the established standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review responsible sourcing assessment report packages to ensure consistency, accuracy and completeness as per company and client requirements.
- Submit reviewed reports to the clients and/or upload reports in a client’s system and/or database as per the client’s instructions.
- Archive reports into company database system with report quality rated.
- Review and process 24 hour alerts as per the client’s instructions.
- Communicate with auditors regarding report clarification issues.
- Provide feedback to the auditors and the auditor management team to help improve the overall quality of reports in the region
- Take overall ownership and accountability to ensure reports in the Americas are submitted on a timely basis
- Respond to auditee and customer queries as related to the reports
- Support auditors from time to time, when they have technical questions on the reports
- Other assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent reading, writing and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is a must, Portuguese would be an advantage
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Web skills.
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Analytical and evaluation skills
- Good communication with team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to detect errors and inconsistencies
- Tech savvy as we work with a lot of different client systems.
- Customer centric
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, majoring in human rights or sustainability will be an advantage.
Professional Experience:
- 2 years or more work experience as an auditor, would be an advantage
- 1 or 2 years in a customer service centered position, preferred
