Job Overview: 
As a Trainer (m/f/d) you will conduct local QHSE training in the food sector and provide a range of training courses to holistically address our customers' needs. Along the way you will maximise the growth and development of the business and improve the competitive position of MSIS. 

 

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Monitoring performance and conducting customer visits, responding to customer requests and gathering related customer feedback from technical colleagues. 

  • Support the development of new QHSE products by providing your expertise, designing products and ensuring that all products are in line with LRQA's philosophy. 

  • Actively contribute ideas to successfully develop the training area. 

  • Liaise with other managers to ensure that internal QHSE training is effectively developed and delivered to staff. 

  • Resolving complex customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally. 

  • Ongoing networking and monitoring by keeping up to date with technical developments in own area of expertise (QHSE), maintaining CPD records, updating LRQA training documents, producing operational certificates and evidence of competence. 

  • Participate in mentoring programme, involving other managers and experts where appropriate, to gain ideas from the technical business. 

  • Supporting the sales team with customised QHSE training solutions for potential customers and key accounts from a technical perspective. 

  • Managing key accounts with a view to delivering bespoke training. 

 

 The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following: 

  • Degree in engineering or similar or equivalent professional experience. 

  • Extensive experience (3-5 years) in delivering QHSE training (learner centred, accelerated learning techniques, VILT, ILT and visual facilitation etc.). 

  • High level of understanding of QHSE management system/programme requirements and their application. 

  • Qualified or proven relevant professional experience in assessment to a QHSE standard/sector programme (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001). 

  • Understanding of basic QHSE (food) legislative and regulatory frameworks and customer management principles. 

  • Knowledge of the full range of MSIS products and services an advantage. 

  • Self-motivated, team player with the ability to work in a highly technical environment.
