We’re looking for an experienced Client Support Advisor to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse customers, collaborate with internal teams, and play a key part in delivering high-quality service and operational excellence across our business.

What You’ll Be Doing 

 

As a key member of the client support function, you will manage customer activities from planning through to invoicing, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. The role involves close coordination with customers, internal stakeholders, and operational teams to deliver services efficiently and in line with business standards. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise, plan, and manage complex customer activities from initial planning through to invoicing, ensuring delivery in line with or ahead of agreed service level agreements (SLAs) 

  • Optimise resource utilisation across internal teams and subcontractors, considering travel, competencies, and operational requirements

  • Increase transactional sales by identifying opportunities for repeat business, renewals, and additional services

  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, championing their needs and ensuring a positive overall experience

  • Anticipate, manage, and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively

  • Manage quotations, order processing, and invoicing in line with contractual and financial requirements

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data within LRQA systems in accordance with internal procedures and budget constraints

  • Respond proactively to customer queries within agreed SLAs and escalate issues where necessary

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Identify and recommend improvements to processes, systems, and ways of working 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Many years of experience working in a client-facing or customer support role 

  • Proven experience managing complex customer interactions and service delivery processes 

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders 

  • Native German skills (fluent English language skills an advantage) 

  • Strong IT skills and experience working with business systems 

 

Technical Skills & Experience 

  • Experience using ERP/CRM systems such as SAP 

  • Strong data management skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Experience managing quotations, invoicing, and customer records 

  • Understanding of service delivery processes and SLAs
