Role Purpose
To manage full TIS (Training & Improvement Services) process, with autonomy over workload to meet business needs, in line with agreed Area and country’s strategies and budgets to achieve commercial and operational growth targets and strategies. Scope entails the markets South East Asia and ANZ region in cooperation with line manager.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Mapping out training portfolio, designing and developing yearly training programs (public and in-house). Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
- Support Marketing department to manage LRQA website and training monthly newsletter.
- Take responsibility for the administration of training events in line with global and local business requirements. This will include scheduling, managing enrolments, confirming trainers and equipment, managing external venue bookings, and managing accommodation bookings.
- Take responsibility to collate and submit accurate management information, to assist with operational delivery and anticipate future demand.
- Manage relationships with a team of Tutors, both permanent FTE and subcontractors, to ensure that they deliver an effective service that complies with clients’ expectations and LRQA procedures.
- Take responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of data in our systems, in terms of:
- Quality of delivery of the training courses (venue, material, and tutors)
- Quality of Pre and Post Training activities (customer service and training Certificates)
- Provide correct invoicing information to the responsible teams locally and in Mumbai SSC
Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in Client Management preferably in a service industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Take responsibility for delivery customer needs
- Ability to proactively understand and assess issues, devise solutions and see them through to resolution
- Build and support teamwork, engaging actively and supporting others
- Proficiency in MS Office – a must
- Good command over English and Bahasa (written as well as spoken)
