Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced customer relationship professional to join our fast growing team as a Client Success Manager for the Americas region. In this role, you will own and oversee client relationships for our innovative EiQ supply chain sustainability platform, including both operational and commercial aspects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in relationship management and will be passionate about data, technology and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages up to approx. 25-30 client relationships.
- Manages renewals and expansion agreements with direct revenue responsibility.
- Proactively engages multiple client-side teams to help maximise adoption, usage and stickiness of EiQ.
- Monitors, maintains and reports on client health.
- Leads onboarding, training and day-to-day operations.
- Keeps clients updated on new EiQ features and collates their feedback for product improvement.
- Leading or overseeing complex data tasks.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving with clients.
- Proactively finds new business opportunities within existing client pool and beyond.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- 5-10+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Solid track record in business development with strong commercial acumen; comfortable working to ambitious targets
- Experience of working with complex data sets
- Strong communication and presentational skills; able to network and influence at all seniority levels
- Adept at resolving problems and conflicts
- Strong attention to detail
- Native or fluent English (additional languages a plus)
Preferred:
- Experience in responsible sourcing, supply chain or sustainability industries
- Experience working in global environments
