Key job responsibilities:
A dynamic and instinctive individual to contribute to a clients’ program(s) and needs while ensuring smooth project/program management operations, documentation, and coordination, enabling the team to deliver the required services efficiently. This role is to be assigned with program tasks to provide quality, comprehensive administrative and operational support for the whole team, and offer solutions to problems with integrity and professionalism .
For this Program Manager position, on one hand, is responsible for executing, managing and supporting the customer’s risk monitoring program to ensure the assessment plan is executed against expected timelines, monitoring and reporting the compliance and ESG/Human rights due deligence/Responsible Sorucing/Cooperate Social Responsibility performance of the global supply chain, communicating directly with global and regional level of suppliers pre & post assessments and working closely with the client’s program leader to shape the program. On the other hand, the person will be part of the Program Reporting Team to support the development of program reporting visualization and customization on specific data reporting per client’s specifications.
The 2 key responsibilities include the following:
Program Management
- Act as the expert on specific client assessment requirements and manage the regional risk monitoring program externally, including providing clear guidance for suppliers, responding to inquiries, regularly calibrating teams, and maintaining updated systems and documents;
- Plan, communicate and continuously monitor execution of assigned clients’ responsible sourcing/CRS/Social compliance/Human Rights due diligence program(s) ensuring suppliers schedule audits or other risk interventions as required and following escalation procedures/reporting as appropriate. Engaging monitoring firms as necessary to support suppliers in scheduling audits;
- Pre- and Post-assessment communications with suppliers, sharing expectations, addressing questions, and supporting successful execution of services;
- Review all audits and/or risk interventions (such as audit reports and assessment related documents) for the coverage region, with focus on areas such as high risk &repeated findings, critical issues quality management including missing special elements;
- Perform CAP management to review submitted evidence, CAP plan and follow up with suppliers identified with high risk area, then guide them to close the gaps;
- Data process support & performance reporting as required, for example: Program Trends Analysis and supply chain scorecard;
- Maintain internal guidance, standard operating procedures and instructions that allow the global supply chain meets client expectations and SOW obligations;
- Highlight and Escalate to client’s responsible stakeholder, LRQA program manager or service line manager if supplier reject to close the issues or any critical issues to be resolved for alignment;
- Contribute to the project implementation, such as executing against a project plan;
- Keep systems and trackers up to date, accurate and available to Customer on a regular basis;
- Generate performance or KPI reporting to evaluate and mitigate the risks from the supply chain as well as program activities TAT;
- Timely response and communicate with the assigned clients stakeholders to ensure service delivery met the SLA requirements and service expectations;
- Guide and work closely with a global team of staffs within LRQA supporting the Customer to meet expectations and SOW obligations;
- Ability to travel regularly for performing onsite activities, such as assessment per agreed visit/audit plan & framework, engagement meeting with suppliers and clients’ meetings as needed
- Other Ach-hoc assignments as requested by the programs
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Leverage customers’ supply chain data collection methodologies, PowerBI and EiQ Platform Data to create reports /data visualizations and guide decision-making across the supply chain teams
- Understand each clients’ program risk identification mechanisms and optimizing relevant reporting models
- Design and build reports for on behalf of select customers. Reporting includes supplier performance in social responsibility, supply chain risk exposure management and mitigation progress, sourcing organization transitions to responsible sourcing, segmentation and programmatic recommendations
- Develop standardised off-line analytical tools/ dashboards to facilitate efficient cross-platform data analysis
- Proactively identify data-correlations and help interpret and analyse for our customers
- Drive data integrity including identifying and acquiring missing information or gaps
- Work closely with EiQ and Other platform lead to understand the interaction between clients’ goals and risk data
- Respond promptly, accurately and efficiently to data reporting requests and questions
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English and native speaker in Mandarin
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and/or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of program/project/auditing experience in the Ethical Sourcing/Labor & Social Compliance/Cooperate Responsibility/Environmental monitoring arena either for a brand/retailer or service provider;
- Detail-oriented/relentless, willing to find cracks in the systems to expose problems and identify risks
- Proficient in data visualization and Analystic systems such as PowerBI, Advanced Excel, AI tools are preferred.
- Proven excellent understanding in supply chain ecosystem, ethical sourcing auditing to codes of conduct and industry schemes, manufacturing experience and supply chain practices
- Strong communication skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders in data translation to commonly used languages
- Highly proficient in transforming large supply chain data into reports and automation
- Can work under pressure, results oriented, self-motivated, responsive, and detail-minded and work with people in different time zones
- Ability to work independently with level of integrit
- Able to conduct regular business traveling
