The Associate supports the delivery of high-quality advisory services by contributing research, analysis, and technical input to client projects. Working closely with consultants and project teams, the role helps develop solutions, prepare reports, and engage with clients professionally.
Accountabilities:
- Client Focus: Supports engagement and delivery across the project lifecycle and ensures that needs are understood and met.
- Project Support: Contributes to the execution of multiple consulting projects through research, analysis, and administrative coordination.
- Research and analysis: Conducts applied research using appropriate methodologies, in consultation with project manager. Analyses data from multiple sources to develop evidence-based solutions and stays informed on relevant trends and regulations.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepares clear, accurate inputs for reports and presentations, translating findings into actionable insights and updates for clients.
- Business development: Contributes to proposal development.
- Process & Systems: Maintains strong knowledge of internal processes, systems, and market dynamics to support effective service delivery.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensures work aligns with internal standards, ethical guidelines, and data protection requirements.
- Collaboration: Works effectively with colleagues across teams, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Knowledge Development: Builds expertise across LRQA advisory specialisms through active learning and participation in internal initiatives.

Experience and qualification:
- Educational Background: Degree or equivalent qualification in discipline relevant to sustainability.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience relevant to the essential skills, or a strong academic record in a related discipline.
- Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
